For CJ's D&D Session these are for Open Seats

Please email CJ at peguescj@gmail.com before (24hr at least) playing for the first time. If you fail to do so your campaign and fun will not work out. 

The Nerd Mall has created a Code of Conduct to make the space for ALL players, this form MUST be read and signed and kept on file at the store BEFORE anyone can play. The DM and store have copies available at the store and digitally via the DND discord channel.
